Hearing Aid Specialist
Tom is a native Oregonian raised in the Tigard/Sherwood area. He has been helping the hearing impaired for four years. He is passionate about his customers hearing needs and reconnecting them with their family and friends.
Tom and his wife have four boys, two cats and a dog. In his spare time, he likes to work on classic trucks, going to the beach in the search of glass floats and landscaping with his wife.
Melanie Kolnick
Patient Care Coordinator
Melanie Kolnick is a Patient Care Coordinator at the King City clinic, where she started in 2025. Melanie is originally from Alliance, Ohio and moved to Beaverton, Oregon in 1979. Melanie attended Aloha High School and Portland State University. This is Melanie’s first position in the hearing industry but was drawn to the profession due to seeing the struggles of hearing loss with her own family and loved ones, as well as having years of experiencing working with seniors though her career and volunteering. What Melanie loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing patient’s joy & surprise of how well they can hear when they first get hearing devices. It is amazing how hearing health plays a role in our overall health and well-being. Melanie strives to meet and exceed all patient’s needs, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
Melanie loves spending time with family and friends outside of work, especially with her daughters & her four grandchildren. She has also been very active within the community for many years. Melanie has received many honors & awards for her hard work & dedication, both as a Girl Scout when a child as well as volunteering with Girl Scouts of the USA as an adult. She has even received a presidential volunteer award twice!
